1. General

By accessing and using sundarbanhoney.com ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Sundarban Honey reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Products

We sell 100% raw, unprocessed Sundarban honey. All products are GI-tagged and FSSAI certified. Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual color and texture may vary slightly between batches due to the natural, seasonal nature of honey harvesting.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST. Online payments via UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, and Net Banking are processed securely through Razorpay. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders within West Bengal only. Online payment discounts (₹50-₹500) apply exclusively to prepaid orders.

4. Account Registration

You must create an account to place orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

5. Shipping

We deliver all-India. A shipping fee of ₹50 applies to 500g orders. Shipping is free for 1 Kg, 2 Kg, and 5 Kg orders. Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days, subject to location and logistics partner availability.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Sundarban Honey and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
